All food is MEANT TO BE SHARED and served on family style platters perfect for passing around the table. Dishes are available in two portion sizes: BUCA SMALL serves two or more and BUCA LARGE serves four or more.

I and my husband ate here, and we enjoyed the dining experience very much. If you didn’t know, Bucca di Beppo does a “family-style” menu, which means that their entrées are geared toward feeding multiple people. So when you order a “small” it’s actually meant to feed 2-3 people, and a “large” is for 4-6.
So you might want to consider going here with someone who shares your same tastes, or who is willing to eat what you tell them. The other option is lots of leftovers.

which I had researched before going, so we shared the Warm Tomato and Spinach Salad, with the dressing on the side. It was very enjoyable, and probably would have been tastier tossed with the dressing and wilted a little, but you’ve got to watch those dressing calories! (80 cal and 8 grams of fat per tablespoon.)
But then I wanted the Pizza Margherita, and my husband wanted the Prosciutto Stuffed Chicken, so we each ordered a small and then had leftovers for lunch the next day. The Pizza was fresh and satisfying, although I thought slightly underbaked. My husband absolutely loved his chicken. He said it was worth the cholesterol.
The atmosphere was nice, when we were seated we were lead through an open area where you could see the entire kitchen and chefs doing their thing. The staff were all very friendly and our server was helpful. All in all a nice evening out!
